What the site receives when you visit

The companies that host and protect this site may receive standard technical data needed to serve the page. That can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.

The current site code doesn't include an advertising pixel, embedded chat widget, or on-site analytics script.

Booking a fit call

The booking button opens an external Google Calendar page. Google handles the information you enter there under its own policies and shares the booking details with Max so the call can happen. BigBrainOS doesn't control Google's website.

Sending an email

The Email Max link opens your own email app. Max receives the address, message, and any files or details you choose to send.

How shared information is used

Booking and email information is used to reply, schedule the call, decide whether the requested work is a fit, and provide the service if you choose to become a client. Calendar and email providers may keep their own records under their policies.

Your choices

You can browse this site without booking or emailing. You can ask Max to correct or delete information he controls by emailing max@maxpbernstein.com. Requests involving information held by Google or another provider may also need to go through that provider.
